La voz y la lira
Recital composed of Spanish music for soprano, baritone and guitar
“The voice and the lyre” presents a selection of Spanish songs that date back from the XVI to the XX centuries, from Luys de Narváez to Joaquín Rodrigo, including Fernando Sor, Enric Granados, Manuel de Falla, Federico García Lorca or Robert Gerhard. Their common denominator: popular culture, where texts, rhythms, melodies or dances from popular heritage are the inspiration for these classical composers.
